I am also interested in which atty would work better. Work better meaning... performance, life, vapor, etc.

The investment is high enough for me that I wanna be sure I won't brick it if it goes for a swim.. I work for a saltwater aquarium company, doing installations and maintenance for local businesses, and the fact that I don't smell like smoke, and can possibly smoke inside while I work is one of the things that turned me on to vaping.
Unfortunately, i've lost too many phones/notepads/car-alarm clickers to the interior decoration of a sea creatures home.

Also, excuse my noobness, but I noticed you switched between a few attomizers/cartriges and one seemed to have a pretty awful throat hit, something about leaving the primer in it? What exactly does that mean? I'm all for minimal throat hit. On that note, did the mod seem to work the same with other atty's, or does it work best with the one it comes with?
I would keep it away from water. No sense in tempting fate.

Also, it works well with all of the atomizers. When I refer to "primer" it's the oil they put in the atomizers at the factory to keep them from drying out during shipping / storage, etc.

    It tastes horrible.

Talking yes, I have just pre-ordered this

I watched your video, laughed my ass off and then preordered this. I had been thinking about replacing a couple of the 510 atomizers I have burned out or lost (like 2 fried and 2 lost) and figured since everyone's stock is low, I'd like to try this guy over the screwdriver. I was leaning towards the prodigy but having used the pen style, then 501 as my favorite THANK YOU for doing the review as I for one DO APPRECIATE your hacking and I'm sure AltSmoke selling these in droves because of your honest review...well I'm sure they appreciate ya doing it too .

Also, I ordered and in 5 seconds had the order confirmation. !

Preorders for version 2 are now available. They will now except 18650 3.7 volt batterys
and (2) 3 volt batterys to = 6 volts. Get them now! They wont be around long.

I'd be much more interested if they offered the 2 three volt batts as a starter on their site. I'm not interested in buying a mod for 3.7v and don't want to have to make the separate purchase elsewhere. Also, I have the PS Passthrough and that is making me lean more and more toward Prodigy. If they could offer the 6v version as a starter, it would probably make the decision much harder.

I hear ya Apple but I didnt look at it like that.I was thinkin more about the fda's crap
going on and having 2 different units around here with all those 15.00 batterys and
chargers in the walls all over the kitchen, and being able later to get them in the future.
No, I was looking for a unit just like this one that is bullet proof that I could throw a
3000 mah battery in and run it for 2 or 3 days on 1 charge that I could buy batterys
for much cheaper anywhere and batterys that last 5 times as long as 510s 901s and
801s. something thats not plastic.something the paint doesnt come off,oh and by the
way DOES do 6 volts if I want to. Something that will last a long long time because I
know already that I can not quit smoking after 35 years unless its a vaping unit. I also
like the fact theres no where around the atomizer for juice to gather makes it easy to
clean. Finding 6v batts for these is hard but can be done.
No im looking for something for the long run here at this point and the Silver Bullet
looks like the one for me. Id rather take a bullet in the rear then go to smoking again
and to pruve it ill just put the "Bullet" in my top pocket.
