I get 1-1.5 hours max, actually it`s a rare case when I get 1.5 hours out of a batttery...

My GF kills a battery within 30 min sometimes...that`s not even enough time for the other one to charge in the PCC - aaarrrggh

If I may, do not get an HD webcam, instead get an HD mini video camcorder, you can use this away from the computer too.

I do not have any of these but you may want to consider one of these because they are much cheaper:

Also if you wish, you can get a magnetic wide angle lens.
