trademark registration for Janty.
they have no registration of any patents for--
janty -- kissbox -- etc/.
so I will believe it when I see it,

did you also read each class ...
ALL these class registrations are for
MEDICAL USE

so according to this trade mark registration,
all products carrying the janty registered logo
are for MEDICAL USE.

That's the Janty trademark registration isn't it, not patent applications.

I'm not really interested in this debate really but am fascinated to know if Ludo really is a woman.

I am rather dissapointed that one of the more well known brand names has it's products trademarked for medical use.

that doesnt really prove that Ludos female...John Waynes real name was Marion Morrison...Big Daddys real name was Shirley Crabtree...a boy in my own family had a womans middle name many years ago...there are plenty of other examples of this...

besides,in Latin Ludovicus is the male version and Ludovica is the female version of that name...and i remember Ludo once said that he/she had a girlfriend-which doesnt mean Ludo couldnt be a woman,i know...

so although it may be possible that Ludo is a woman,its by no means certain...
