Well it wasn't invented for use as an electronic cigarette so the price is not in line with E-Cigs, it's useful for herbs though and I do like the looks of it but it was more than I wanted to spend so I ended up with a different model vaporizer. I would love to try out that model though, even the older one since that was the one I looked into buying. Let me know if you wish to sell your older one...

Retired: Dragon, 510, Magnum Mod, KR808D-1. In Use: GreenCig, JuiceBox.

Theres some info in the guide linked from my sig, I'm not one to do 'reviews' as such. I think theres only so much value you can gain from watching somebody suck from a PV and blow out vapour but I might do some more vids showing how to use the unit and the various materials you can vape in it, from tobacco to shisha to e-liquid.
It is expensive but it doesnt take batteries or atomizers. Every ecig I bought I ended up spending more in total than I did on my original iinhale. In the long term it works out economical and the unit has a 2 year warranty.
It is very different from an ecig though. Its a true portable vaporizer.

hahahahaha
I hate to be the only one to point this out, but as devices go, this one belongs on the next Harold and Kumar movie.
Everyone here realizes that this is *hardly* an e-cig right? I mean I could dump e-liquid on my exhaust manifold after a long drive and vape like that too..but that's not what my exhaust manifold nor this device is designed for.
This device is a bong, probably available at the more pricy head shops.
I expect there's a lotta weed burners out there you *could* use as an e-cig..I'm just stunned that anyone would market this..or recommend this, as an e-cig lol.

Its marketed as a portable personal vaporizer not an e-cig

You think this is a bong? I am sorry to point out that this is not a bong, it is a true portable vaporizer.
I am constantly surprised that vapers miss entirely the concept and purpose of a vaporizer. The herb heads long ago realised the value of vaporization is a harm reduction strategy. Plus this isnt in danger of being banned. Its a shame smokers miss the trick completely. Wake up and enjoy the coffee
The beauty of the Iolite is that it can vape e-liquid, and it can vape tobacco, and it can vape molasses, and it can vape homebrew with no damge, and it has no consumable parts. Its not an ecig, and that is its strength. It is a completely different world for vapers to enjoy.
Worried about an ecig ban? Not me, I have my Iolite
