My probation officer loves me. I'm a pretty decent person, I've changed a lot but I still won't budge when somebody acts retarded. Stay cool with the law, a lot of people say jail is alright, they're lying, 6 months of it and I was going ...1n insane. Stay law abiding the best you can people! Jail aint cool!

    but seriously? that's fricking ridiculous.
This was the same cop that when I reported that my place got robbed, he wouldn't shut up about how I ROBBED MY OWN PLACE and I kept telling him I DON'T HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE.

I'm not proud to say I know most of the cops in this town but I do. What really gets me mad about this cop is I have to bite my tounge when he asks me not to insult his intelligence. That's like asking a female to not insult my ..... Can't insult what's not there

Being in Sonic's home area (oklahoma) I cant help but wonder what state this happened in. I know Sonic is in a few different states now, but cant believe you got a ticket for smoking outside of the building (nevermind the fact you werent even smoking). Insanity either way.

I'd definately take a copy of the law with you to court, especially if it defines smoking as burning of tobacco.
I'm definitely calling head office and I want huge compensation for this. Or if they won't give me a decent compensation I will sue them for defamation of character which will result IF I get a ticket.

Gonna happen real soon too if you don't recycle or if you don't use rechargeable battery's very soon. One of the reasons why I hate the go green movement. It's going to power more "justified" hate I believe. Iin the next few years your gonna be harassed if an appliance in your house isn't green certified or you like to use alkaline batteries. Saving the earth. Whatever the hell that means

that is exactly what I was thinking about people talk about tolerance and all that other hippie liberal bs and then if they see someone that even appears to be smoking that same idiot starts freaking out

I have just 1 question..... If you are on probation, you are constantly having problems with cops. Why let something like this escilate to a run in with the cops? Why not just put your e-cig in your pocket and say OK and walk away?? It kinda looks likde you just like getting into arguments.
