I have just 1 question..... If you are on probation, you are constantly having problems with cops. Why let something like this escilate to a run in with the cops? Why not just put your e-cig in your pocket and say OK and walk away?? It kinda looks likde you just like getting into arguments.

If you read my original post you'll see I wasn't looking to cause I scene, I just wanted to have a smoke while I ate. My rights as an American???

Now I aint saying all cops are retards, I've met 2 good ones, but I've been arrested for a fight THAT I WASN'T IN, Got accused of robbing my own apartment WHEN I DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE, Just last week a cop entered my apartment and searched my apartment WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, ACCUSED ME, THAN SEARCHED FOR DRUGS, AND I DON'T EVEN SMOKE WEED. I got arrested before when my dad attacked me and I fought back (cause I had to). And now this. I got so much on my record for **** that I didn't even do. I swear to god.

So I've been in Jail 5 times so far and only one time I can I say I actually did the crime!!! And because of these ...ED UP cops next time I get in trouble it's a felony AND I GO TO PRISON.

Just aint right. I hate these cops in this town.

By society's standard I'm an outstanding citizen. I have a kid LIVING IN MY APARTMENT RIGHT NOW who I've been letting stay at my place rent free because he's got nowhere to go and he's a good kid, and I aint gonna let him be homeless. I donate to charities once a week. I volunteer all the time. I go to old folk homes rarely to sing for them. I got a steady job. I won't even Jaywalk. And I got a felony and next time whether I did it or not I'M GOIN TO PRISON

Why? Would you have left being an e-smoker? Would you have left well knowing that your not breaking the law in any way as many of the forum members are pissed off as well about. The difference is that I have a "criminal" history. But I will not back down.

why so rebellious kgone? i would be pissed off too; but if i let every ignorant SOB i encounter on a daily basis get to me i'd be in a whole world of trouble.

i never shy away from confrontation when its worth it, but i gotta say, in this case? not worth it.

I've run into this cop many times before. I was arrested 3/5 times from him.
I just wanted people to hear my experience in the appropriate section.

No I would not have left. I would have eaten my food and then walked away whiloe vaping. Actually you WERE breaking the law. You were on Private Property and they asked you to stop doing something. You refused, you were breaking the law! Would be the same thing as someone com ing onto your property and doing something you didnt want them to do and not stopping.
