After being harrased by the cops

I was smoking OUTSIDE at a sonic restaurant with my vaporizer, yes the cops were called, no they didn't listen, yes I have to see a judge, yes I stood up for myself. Almost exactly like this. NSFW

I figured I was being pretty respectable, I sat away from people, I wasn't looking for controversy so I sat far away OUTSIDE. Sonic has a outside eating area and of course the drive thru. Somebody got upset and that's what happened. I wouldn't stop vapin, copers were called, I was pretty respectful to the cop and tried to explain that I was outside, that it wasn't a real ciggerete, even if it was I wasn't breaking the law BUT IT WASN'T.

All I got was verbally harranged on how it's illegal and how much trouble I'm in and this and that. Yes, I am on probation like a motha ...ka. NEVER back down, even if it means going to a judge

Personal note: Yes I was asked to leave but it's not a publically owned restaurant and I wasn't breaking the law. I was far within my limits as a customer SMOKING A NON CIGGERETTE OUTSIDE
