I tell them about all the flavors and also about the e-liquid with vitamins, but I really get them interested when I tell them that soon a Viagra flavor will be available...
    Is this false advertising?

I personally am very suspicious of this diethylene glycol. If the FDA used the scare/fear tactics that they did about the testing, and their testing was not done by a neutral party, I would not doubt that the sample was tampered with.
Typically the Gov doesnt play in fairness when too much money is at stake. They stand to lose BILLIONS in the future if e-cigs kept growing at the rate they are. and not being able to get their gubby little hands on the tax money , ticks them off......
BTW, i still love This country( i still work for it after 10 years)... no matter how corrupt it's been and getting. i dont have to agree with the crap tactics and lying though.

Getting it started. You get the lawyer and file, we'll all sign on as co-plantiffs.

Grey--that is not how you would go about filing a class action lawsuit. There are many procedures and getting a "class" certifed is very difficult---besides you have to show actual damages--and something like "the FDA is violating my right to vape" is not going to make the day.

No doubt you're right. Main point "getting it started" stands.

Brown, can you give me a link with the 4,800+ chemicals listed and the 4 or 5 chemicals in ours? Thanks! I want to print it out and hand it to people who say anything.

Grey--So what would be the good faith bases to file? Where are the damages? What is the cause of action? Who are the plaintiff's--people buying products deemed by the FDA to not be legal, regulated, or taxed? These are all questions that have to be answered before you have standing to advance a good faith basis cause of action. Should Judge Leon rule in the FDA's favor---then legally there is no cause of action.
