I vape at work, but only in seclusion. There are alot of anti's there and I prefer to let them think they have won the war, so to speak. It works out great most of the time as I do not have to go out in thecold anymore. E-cigs do not work well when the temp gets low. I mostly vape in an empty conference room, sometimes in the bathroom. The main thing, it's warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. Works out great for me, lol. Keep vaping at work under wraps, unless you work for an understanding company. A few people know about me, but it hasn't bothered anyone yet. I plan on keeping it that way.

I started vaping inside our building (a Federal one, at that), about a month and a half ago, and no one has said anything negative yet. I vape discretely, and still feel like I have to hide it (I know.. I shouldn't). There are about a dozen others in my building who have started vaping in the past month, and a few of them were bolder than I have been. One went right to his boss, showed it to him, and blew a puff of vapor and asked him to smell it. He's still vaping in the office now, a month later. But, I still hesitate because when MY boss called for me about two months ago and a coworker said "He's out smoking", she responded, "Oh, I didn't know he smoked... I'll PRAY for him." I'll be content to keep vaping privately, and thank God MYSELF for e-cigarettes...

Guess it all depends on how you do it, and who's in charge :-)

I've used my 510 for the past 2 months at work, no problems. I too work for the Federal Government. I've even discretely vaped while sitting in required training at work, no one has been the wiser.

I vape in the ambulance all the time. The only problem has been when some random driver saw me doing so and called into dispatch complaining that I was smoking in the truck. I just denied it (since I wasn't) and was fine.

I work at a big box store in the garden dept. I showed some of my managers my pv and they all thought it was cool. Nobody has told me I couldn't vape, so i do! I vape in the break room sometimes, but mostly take a few discreet hits while in the garden. Life is good!

I'm new to vapping but I seem to feel like I'm doing something illegal when vapping in public. At work I keep it low key and keep watch for busy bodies that don't need to know.

At training this week at a different facility, I've been going out with the smokers but feel like I need to address the device before it is dialogued to others as being something that it is not.

One wierd thing for me is that I seem to get a better vape when I'm at home. For whatever reason when I'm driving or at the office I feel a need to hotbox the damn thing. Ofcourse this then leads to recharging batteries wherever I go.

I just tried the pen spring mod in the cart which has brought some improvement but I need to attempt a better execusion and perhaps get a higher nicotine level.

I have been doing it at my cube at work for over a week now and no one has had issue with it. I am surrounded by smokers who are a bit jealous and I think I have some potential converts including my boss. I do not see a need to hide it but do not recommend flaunting it either.
