You must live in that "socialist' state, lol. In all 14 courthouses in this area, vaping is not a problem as long as you do it in a considerate manner.

I guess it just shows how Diverse the different areas of a County/State/Country can be. And what is Acceptable in one Place may be Unacceptable in another.

I try to Always consider this when I Read and Reply to posts about e-Cigarette Use or Non-Use.

BTW - You must live in a Very Populated area to have 14 Courthouses.

I've taken mine into a few different court houses and have always sent it through the x-rays and have never had a problem. Actually had one security guard pull his lava tube out of his pocket and we chatted a few minutes and compared them.

Me too, a few weeks ago, had a meeting in the Court building of a REALLY remote little town. Didn't think to realize it was the courthouse and that there'd be police and a scanner at the door, so I had a mod in my pocket. I EXPECTED it to be looked at closer when I popped it in the tray, but nope - no trouble at all.

I've had to go into my city's courthouse a few times, and used to work across the street, and they don't allow metal of any kind, including and up to phones and even keys, let alone vape gear.

It's California. He could have a different type of vaporizer and baggies of supplies and they wouldn't have cared.

    Seems a Little Extreme.

What are you supposed to Do? Leave your car Key in the Ignition? And the Front Door of your House Unlocked?

You sure About the Keys thing?

MOST police officers are well educated about PV policy.
Granted some don't know jack about it.
Hell, I vape indoors at my local gas station while talking to cops. They ask questions of course (its their job) and I explain. One LEO even told me he was going to go to the shop I told him about and get his wife one LOL!

I've vaped in front of cops on several occasions, and none have cared. In one case, when I was fairly new to vaping, a couple of cops sat near me in a restaurant. I made a point of showing them my PV and asking them if they knew what it was. They didn't. Then I asked if they saw me using it would it "set off alarms" and draw attention, and they told me that no, it wouldn't.

That was a couple of years ago, so I suspect a lot more cops are aware of them now.
30 years of smoking, over 3 packs a day before I started vaping. Then I bought my first PV. Cigarettes have lost their power over me. I've been free since 10/06/2011. Thanks ECF!
