I find it interesting that most of these online businesses have no phone numbers to speak with a live human being...... Personally I do business with people with phones.... whenever possible.....
To me, if I am good enough to be a customer, I am important enough for them to talk to.....

They'll happily talk to you via skype, or MSN. I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with Beci Chen there.

I will second that. Beci's CS and communication is top notch. Ordered from him a few times. Waiting on a 1000ml order to come in now.
