    I have and it couldn't see a difference really.. But I never get burnt tasting attys for some reason either. lol

    Yes, this really works, it will sometimes even restore dead attys.I hope it gets rid of the burn taste for bluesuede. Good luck and let us know.

    Aha... so that's the reason for removing the wick! I looked inside all of them with a halogen flashlight (very bright) and a magnifying glass and couldn't see any burnt stuff anywhere and there was hardly any debris in the water. I soaked them in hot water with a denture cleaning tablet and then a hot rinse...

    Heck my 510's are not that old! I still have all my 801 from last year. Hadn't lost an atty until the 510... 2 at last count.

    P.S. The water did get a little cloudy and dirty though but no bits and pieces of black stuff. I'm hoping that was the old juice that disolved..

    Well whadja know! No bitter taste so far so must have been old cooked juice stuck on the bridge. Lost an atty though. RIP

    yes, must be old juice,

    someone said they took out an old atty and it tasted like
    poooooooooooooooooooooooo

    so maybe the juice goes sour after a while maybe ????

    but yes it does build up on the coil,
    thats why we clean em -

    glad your taste is better now -
