    Default Bitter taste

I'm getting a very bitter, almost burning taste, from some of my 510 atties. Have noticed this on a few 801s too. It's really caca! This is totally different from plastic burnt taste from a too dry atty we're all to familiar with from our newbie days. I'm not burning the atties or letting them dry out, ever. I don't let the carts get too old either before I wash 'em out. Happens even with a fresh new cart after a few drags.

Could it be buildup of old juice on the bridge that gets putrid over time? Cos posted cleaning with denture cleaning tablets works well so I have 5-6 of 'em soaking now to see if that clears it up.

I'm getting the same thing with my latest batch of atty's. I only drip and if I keep them really wet I don't get it. Normally I use 2 drops per use but now I'm using 3 to 4 at a time.

I get the same affect regardless of juice manufacture or nicotine strength

Nah, not the juice. Been using the same stuff for months and months. This only started recently.

I don't know what is causing this

I keep my attys wet, and I know TB does, and I know Blu is no newbie so she does too --

I have had this -- hot taste, not burning - but hot vape from an older atty

and after cleaning by soaking overnight , then dry burn -
    it cleared up,

but other than that - cleaning I mean,

I can't think what else to do-

    any ideas here guys ---

It must be caca from old juice on the bridge. 510 runs hot so that could be it. I'll let you know after my atties dry out.

Have you tried taking out the thread-like material out that lies just under the bridge in the atty? I think sometimes the threads cake up and create a harder draw and a burnt taste the threads will sometimes burn on the atties. I know you're not new at vaping and probably know these things already. There's a video of how to do it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ap1c4EwKRAY&feature=related
