    I am still getting error or not found. Today makes 9 days. I was hoping to have the order by Friday so I could get down to Tampa on Sat. to give some of my order to my friend. I have a meeting on Sat. in Tampa of my charity group at her house. Hopefully I won't have to miss it.
    I want to attend a Florida Vapor's meet on Sunday. I try to get several things done in one trip when I go. Of course there are grandboys to see!

    MaryKay, it took a little over 9 days from the time I ordered until it showed any info on tracking. Also the EMS and the USPS tracking both showed info on that same day. Then it was another 3 days and I got the package. So I'd give it till tomorrow and yours should show up on both tracking areas. If your real lucky you might get yours tomorrow. Apparently sometimes the package can actually be delivered before any info shows up on the tracking.

    Tonight Sin called to say my package is stuck in China's customs! That's why I never got to see any tracking. David finally located it.
    I guess the Chinese are having the equivient of a Christmas rush right now and my package got waylaid in the rush. Next week will be worse then the following week they will be closed. The third week will be all catch up and backlog.
    He is sending another one out, hopefully I will get to follow this one. Sin told me that orders sent out this week are moving right along.
    I guess I will just go to my Sat. meeting and to the meet in Brandon as scheduled. My friend will have to make do with her new passthrough and all her new flavors for now!
    Waiting and tracking may be a bit nerve racking, but the customer service is just plain outstanding! Thanks for all the handholding, Sin, David and Di!

    yes as you say it is like the equivalent of our christmas rush,
    we are doing everything right,
    and we will work through it all with you all, most things are moving along OK,
    but there are the odd few now that are getting caught up in the customs congestion .......

    I am sure your friend will love her passthrough, I adore pass throughs,
    and new flavors are always nice toys !! ha ha .....

    My order seems to be taking longer to get to the US than usual as well. I expected it to be in customs already. I assume that when it says:
    Foreign International Dispatch, September 20, 2009, 12:55 am, GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP

    that it means it got out of China, correct?

    Yes,

    probably sitting in airport in US somewhere, waiting to be scanned in.


    I wouldn't be surprised in some cases, if it just arrives at your door now without further tracking showing.

    I placed an order on the 19 and I got an error message on EMS too. I tried USPS and I looked at the tracking # and noticed there was a digit missing. I was given the wrong tracking # or they left out a digit or two. I went to East Mall and e-mailed asking for the right tracking, but received know answer.

    Looks like a bunch of them sent out last week had problems. Mine was returned for repacking from Chinese customs. Got about 6 entries for the package going back and forth. Ordered 19th...but think it's still in China. Everything I ordered is going into the stash box after being tested, so it'll get here when it gets here I spose. They did say 7 to 10 days so you won't get disappointed. Still got a bit of time left.

    if you look at the time of your post, you will see it is 3.30 am for us when you posted it, so we are probably sleeping when you posted,

    but we are pretty red hot on customer service and I am sure yours will be one of the first we look at when we awaken.........
