Worried about ordering from China?

I know there are people out there who are worried about ordering from abroad and from Chinese suppliers in particular.

I have ordered items several times now from East Mall and I have to commend them in every area for the service they provide. They are friendly and the customer is always king to them. Very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

I have bought from two other Chinese suppliers and I have to say that they were also very very good and as always, it does pay to shop around.

However, if you want to be certain of the absolute best customer service, every time, then you should look no further than the East Mall team.

I have to say I was worried about ordering from China! Not because I doubted anything about Eastmall though. I have watched their forum for a long time. If they were not providing the best in customer support and product..it would have shown up on the site somewhere, even if not in the Eastmall forum. Believe me I looked!

My reason for being nervous was customs..that's it! You can't blame people for being nervous with all the FDA/Customs posts on the web and this board! This place is a hotbed for OMG! posts.

I have no doubt my little order will sail right through as the customs people are looking for BIG boxes, not my small one. I mean these people can't find Human cargo or Drugs being shipped in huge containers..but they are sniffing out E-cigs (according to the FDA?) Give me a break! Like they have time to seach for much of anything..

I think we are good to go here. But you can't blame a girl for being in a hurry to try her new toys!

Now if we could just do something about that "Slow Boat From China"! JK!

My only real concern about ordering from CHina has been what if something goes wrong and Eastmall fixed that. No one is better at fixing an issue or dealing with the warranty than Eastmall.

I'm thinking of trying some juice from here but I'm just wondering what the success rate is for the EM team and Canada customs. I'm looking at ordering 2 of the 5x20ml samplers. Any Canadians successfully ordering juice from here on a regular basis? Thanks for any advice ladies and gents!

I've ordered from what I feel are the "big three" Chinese suppliers for e-cig/e-juice supplies, all have provided excellent service.

Eastmall have Di as a rep though, which makes them awesome.

we do have a good success rate of getting thru Canadian Customs

to you our beautiful Canuk customers ---------

however please be aware it sometimes takes a while to get thru ---

sometimes it goes real quick-

and sometimes canada customs sits on it and holds it for weeks !!!!!

one - they held onto for 6 weeks and then released without a dam comment !!!!!!!!

so if you order,
make sure you are not in a hurry or not urgent please !!!
