Shipping Reassurance!

My tracking has shown only on the EMS site, so far:

I ordered on 1/1/10. USPS shows "...not found." I have been checking, very regularly, since I have never ordered from China. At this point, the EM site doesn't appear to function correctly. There are lines where products should be, on the left navigation pane, and the products shown in my "Cart," no longer exist...is there an explanation for this, to satisfy my own worries?

and USPS says
Your item was accepted on February 4, 2010 at 9:29 PM. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

Just wondering if there's any way to inquire about it. Thanks!

I'm a new e-vaper from Poland. I'm very happy that I have trown analogs. But …
I ordered Indu 02/02/2010 (Order #8145). It was dispatched 02/03/2010 and there is no info on the EMS site.
I called on the EMS Poland and there is no info too.
Is it normal?
David or Di, could you check, if my order was shipped from you?

I am sure they got shipped out

they show into guangzhou , then came the holidays on the 5th ---------------------------------------------------------------

all I can tell you is that China is in Holiday mode ---
nothing much of business is happening---

I cant find out anything for you till they all come back to work on the 24th ---------------------

Just received my letter from the FDA that they have detained my shipment, and will be sending it back to the shipper.

I told David about the tracking status earlier and he re-shipped the liquids which I received today. EM has not shipped the hardware yet, so that will not be shipped till after the holiday. I wish they would have shipped the hardware before the holiday.

I've been waiting since mid-December for this $300+ order, hopefully there will be something extra in the box for waiting so long

Well I can tell you what I know from experience! This is how the USPS tracking on a previous order of mine went:

Foreign International Dispatch, January 12, 2010, 12:23 am, GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP
Inbound International Arrival, January 15, 2010, 7:52 pm, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)

So, that "GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center" that we both see now on our EMS tracking was the final step for my last package before it entered the states. Idk where you're located, but that seems to be the case for other countries as well. However, if customs gets their hands on it afterward, that may be a whole 'nother story Based on past order experiences, USPS normally would have shown tracking info by now on my current order since it was dispatched from China 8 days ago, but either it hasn't made it to the states yet due to the Chinese Spring Festival or it will arrive at my house without further tracking as a complete and total surprise! I've ordered from Eastmall many times and have always gotten what I've ordered. So don't worry--and rest assured, it's on its way! Now, I will try to tell myself the same

isnt this in violation of the judges ruling, where he said the FDA has no juristiction over E-cigs and cannot stop the shipping , import or sales of them till after the court case is settled ????

yes, you are correct,
and I am sad to say that many many packages arrive at your homes without ever showing any tracking in USPS

they are dreadful for tracking ----------
