I recently got some new 901 atomizers and noticed that the vapor production was low, so I tried a couple of the other new atomizers - same thing. The design is different than my other 901 atomizers and the atomizer does not feel like it is getting hot enough to produce the correct amount of vapor that I am used to. Tried new batteries and pass-thru with same decreased performance. Has anyone else had this experience or did I get a batch (5) of not so good equipment? or is this a change made from the factory? The reason I ask is that I need to order batteries and if the voltage of a standard battery is not sufficient, then I may try to order a different type of battery with a higher output. Input is appreciated - thx! |

Just keep using it. Atomisers need 'Breaking in' before they can produce optimum amounts of vapour.

My 901 attys from EM are DSE901 from SLB (SLB letters on the battery end) and had the high wicking bridge. Other 901 attys are RN4075 as the one from TW had the lower wicking bridge. RN4075 runs hotter than the DSE901.
