EM4 battery issue.
I just purchased a EM4 starter kit and a EM4 pcc kit from Eastmall ( Order #6114) which arrived Nov 19.
Unfortunately one of my batteries is less than perfect, in that the button isn't aligned properly in the hole and one corner gets stuck down frequently when you press it.
The other two batteries buttons stand up straight and work properly. It's easy to tell which one is malfunctioning.
I purchased this to do juice reviews with (and from my initial testing, it's going to work great for that) and am otherwise fairly happy with it, I'll be doin a video review of it later.
Who do I get in contact with to get this resolved?

If you contact them through the website someone usually gets back to you quickly (allowing for time differences)

Yeah I just did that, but I don't really expect to hear back from them any time soon as it's the weekend.

yes, thats right on weekends we do not work
but sometimes we come here to play,
and sometimes answer a post on a whim,
you will get an answer soon I am sure.....

we try our very best,
and most times we are able to keep our customers very happy,
as I said we really do try hard.
We have excellent peeps here at East Mall,
all work hard, but we are all human, and we all stuff up occasionally,
so when we do, please forgive us, and we will try harder next time...
