yes it does vape at 3.7 volts----

it is 3.7volts for the setup kit
starter kit include 2 batts, 1 charger-- universal charger, 3 adapter, no atty , one body


with an additional option for 6 volts as an add on extra.
6v kit (meaning add-on) is 2 batteries 1 cup


And as always it will be protected batterys only.
