Indulgence 18650 extended cup

I order Indulgence 18650 extended cup, but it is not fit properly. I have to force it in and very difficult to take it off. I try it once and not dare to put it again since I afraid it will get stuck forever.

What should I do?

Sorry for the trouble, please send one email to sales@eastmall.net I will try to fix it for you . also please give us your order number, the improved one is back in stock , and we will send you the replacement without battery and charger. Improved one is tested and battery cup will be screwed in completely. . waiting for your email

the threads are tight because it is new

put a little drop of machine oil on the threads,

and screw it on and off a few times to loosen it up a bit

it should be fine when it wears in a little -------

I needed more private time----
who knows what the future will bring ----

6volt batteries
they are still coming, the testing and development is still in progress,
it is taking a little longer than expected , but to ensure a safe and fully protected product these testings are necessary.

Please be patient, the worst thing to do right now would be to rush it to you and have a safety issue with it.

A few of you are concerned with the tightness of the threads on the battery cups, -------------
so I will post this again ----------

Please bear in mind, just because some people have had some issues with indulgence, please lets all be fair about this, and dont assume that all product has problems-
most of them are just fine, with only a few needing to be replaced.
