E-cigs are not "quit smoking" devices - they are an alternative way to smoke, with a much reduced risk profile.

Yes, em4 / 401 attys are I think the best vapor producers,

these I have are like an old English steam train when I get it going.

it does need dripping every 8 or so puffs
but wow the smoke is huge clouds,
and the taste is just great..............

Di, I have not tried your HV Atty, and I usually don't do 5 volts or higher,
but some may not understand the advantage to using this atty.
So, here are my free comments

a 3 ohm atty running on 3.7 volts will draw about 1.2 amps.
This will provide the user with
4.5 watts of vaping power. (watts makes vapor) Enough for me.

Your 4.5 ohm atty running on 5 volts will draw 1.1 amps but will provide
    5.5 watts of vaping power,

and running on 6 volts will draw 1.3 amps of current but will give the vaper
    8 watts to blow smoke.

Some may evaluate the current and not the power dissipated.
Not much difference in current (1.1, 1.2, 1.3),
but a big difference in power. Sort of like miles per gallon and horsepower.
    Economy car or muscle car.

    What makes vapor?
    Watts.

The reason you get more vapor is because the larger battery is able to maintain a higher voltage longer. When you remove a battery from the charger it's at 4.2v. Overtime the ability for the regular ecig batteries to hold onto the higher voltage decreases. The same thing happens to the large batteries but at slower rate because they are recharged much less.
