where is all the EM4 stuff?

okay i love yall to death and all and i had all 4 em4 batt go out on me in 2 malfuction scenarios. either they no longer charge or they just stayed on. and the first time i did a refund.... okay im kool with that second time i did store credit intending to buy more batteries with my next purchase.... because apparently you dont send replacement items to customers. okay ill suck it up live with that take a store credit move on.... so now after the holiday season is over and i want to get my EM4 batteries and atomizers. i figure ill just buy 2 EM4 to replace the batteries and and the usb charger that failed that i bought before. WRONG when you click the EM4 page there is nothing on the page. Now my issue isnt that i cant select it or purchase it. its more of the fact that you have left us customers( from my perspective) any information about wat is going on. I.E. like saying we are nolonger carrying this or we are out of stock or something ..... atleast keep the pictures and items up and have it say out of stock if you still sell them.

Anyway anyone know what the deal is because i just like 2 months ago got the EM4 and i hate switching hardware types.

alright its been like 2 weeks from time I posted the OP and no response what so ever. from anyone on this forum area for eastmall. Can some one , DI, David or someone pleas shed some light on the situation there is no EM4 stuff on the site. I have had to dismantle my last battery that broke just to vape the last 3 attys i have off my usb. I have had to buy analogs for mobility. and my last atty has died and stroke of luck today I when going to buy analogs i found at the walmart gas station they were selling gamucci continental disposables.

I just want to know when the EM4 products atties batts and accessories will be back because right now all i have is a PCC charger i havent used in over 2 months because all my batteries are spent.

will some one please tell me whats up with the lack of EM4 series products on the site

p.s. i have been reading about the technical issues but so far i have only read that the are dealing with email.

not mad just want to get more EM$ stuff and use my store credit.

well man i am in the same boat 5 batt's died within a month(dont have anything left and waiting for my indulgence), i guess they dont have any stock or wont release any new units until the manufacturer has revised the problems it runs into.

OMG THANK YOU DI MY anxiety leve just dropped significantly. I was wonderin because i dont want to buy from someplace else and i understand from a quality control stand point that in the ecig field there isnt alot of it from taking apart the blown batts and attys. i just wish there was more information on the website. anyway thank you guys for replying and i wait to heare from you DI again cuz im half analoging and vaping to stay sane. I dont want to go back. And i want and indulgence too but i want to use em4 attys on it to keep stuff simple. I mean when i turned my last em4 battery into a manual pass through it was glorious vaping on 5v i mean glorious.

I'd be willing to place another order under present circumstances after I get my in transit. BUT I am unsure of what he has on hand. I would be slightly displeased if he got the GOLD Indulgence in stock after placing a second order. What would be nice is placing an order, paying for it, but not shipping it while waiting for the new website and any new items come in. A list of what is available would help.

all I can tell you is that I have already a request in to david for when the EM4 stock will be restocked, so bear with me on that one please...........

as to all other stocks, what you see in the shop is what is available right now,

and EastMall never has done forward ordering, so it is a matter of waiting till the new site opens and see what is there in the stock and the new lower prices as predicted by David for the opening ------------

Di you ever have one of those days where you mind and all its logic is like you cant be mad because the response or information or stimuli presented to you ( your response) logically makes sense and your brain is like I understand.......but your body or some where in your heart or gut or something is like " F that that ain't acceptable at all!!!!!" yeah I'm at that moment probably cuz I really want EM4 stuff from the best supplier I've found.

I guess ill have to wait in the mean time I'm playing with Gamucci stuff for the easy availability since I've made a pass thru I'm gunna try and make my own Persona vaper in my spare time that runs at 5-6v and is indestructible or at least by that I mean circuitry is water proofed since that's what I diagnosed as the failure in most of my e-cigs. liquid in the bat on the charge circuit.



also im curious about this is the Gamucci continental disposable ecig the same as EM's DPV9??? if so Ill ad that to the list of stuff i want to get since i already have 2 attys and a USB passthru I made out of the disposable batteries.

yes, I do understand where you are at,

the info is not real fast in coming, I know it is a pita, hahaha

we are all over the place at the moment, tyring to get the new website up and all the stocks up-- the new site will be so much better, and the opening will be super with stock and prices sooooo good,

Gammucci -- well let me see now -- hang on a sec, I will look at it first -------

ok, well the principle is the same, it is a 2 piece system,

but the parts are NOT interchangeable --

so the DPV9 is a totally different system and the parts will not fit and interchange between them -

still no news on the EM4 restocks,---
I am thinking hopefully when the new site opens in April.
