Hey there.

I'm Joe Consumer. I've stockpiled 3 liters of liquid from every vendor. I've tried to spread around my copious cash to the right people that deserve it while intentionally not giving cash to the kinds of piece of ch!t, obviously opportunistic fake atomizer type vendors that will do or say whatever it takes including lying about magic 510 30k draw atomisers because they are OBVIOUS PIECES OF CH!T vendors that are about business at any cost. It's NOT THAT HARD TO SPOT AN OBVIOUS CON MAN. So it wasn't hard to avoid their pathetic confidence schemes.

And therein lies the problem as I see it. Where the hell is our ECA support? All the money that was donated. Where the hell are OUR experts refuting the findings of the FDA. Who in OUR ECA is the public relations person responsible for public relations that should be speaking up and drawing attention to the facts of this matter. For an organization that has been demanding such a princely sum of money from members, it surprises me that they've been such lame ducks, and it appears it was all just a scam played on the morons stupid enough to give them a dime. : )

Imagine that. My second wife made a small fortune and "got out fast" with this guy named Dean Delosia. He had this "circus". He'd roll into town, and con some fire house, or church into sponsoring his "circus" full of dangerous lawsuit rides, and typical "go watch Adventureland, it was based on Dean Delosia's circus" con games. That's that what the ECA is to me. Because in the ONE MOMENT where we NEEDED SOMEONE TO SPEAK UP AND STRIKE DOWN THE HYPOCRACY, there was utter silence. And these individuals, that have themselves a duly appointed figurehead, have been strangely absent, and totally silent while the FDA sees fit to dismantle the mechanisms in place to deliver us the goodies we see fit to consume. So if the ECA has any testicular fortitude, it's time to belly up to the bar and .....ING PROVE IT. You took the money. Do something with it.

Reality check.... I'm in DC. I'm doing things I'm not about to talk about. I've BEEN doing things I can't talk about. I have friends in awesome places. I'm waiting to see if this organization that has taken so much money can even come close to what *I* have personally been doing without asking for any.

Just saying, I do not think what I'm requesting in unreasonable. An organization saw fit to promote themselves, and had the hubris to take MONEY from honest, hard working people while representing themselves as an organized force to combat the kinds of manufactured, easily dismissed, we know it's BS type rhetoric that was spewed forth from the FDA today. The exact tired arguments that we KNOW are BS were indeed presented in the form of the fake anti-freeze scare, and the products made for children stupidity. This was a paper tiger, and our well funded ECA bravely stood up and SAID!!!!!!

Your OP seems to refer to the atomizer issue regarding InnoVapor. I suggest you calm down and thoroughly research the relevant facts before accusing any supplier of being a "CON MAN".

InnoVapor has stated that the atomizers in question were purchased from Eastmall. If you have any concerns regarding InnoVapor's atomizer claims, you might be better off questioning their source directly.

As far as ECA action (or as you you've stated, "inaction") is concerned, I'm sure Lacey or another ECA member will be able to address your concerns just as soon as they can.

And to that end, this thread has been moved to the relevant ECA section.

Actually, I was not targetting Innovapor. Innovapor has a bunch of very loyal customers despite the recent controversy, and for good reason. They handle problems. And I'm positive they have never sold their list of customer email addresses to anyone either for that matter. They were not the only vendor claiming they had magic 510 atomizers.

EDIT: And yanno, I'm going to run with this. Drew got some crap earlier for stating the obvious about a particularly UNGODLY freaking annoying self promoter that unfortunately ruined an NBC opportunity for all of us at the worst possible moment. There's a subset of us on here that see the obvious, and when we state it we get yelled at for being "anti-business". And yanno? Most of us on here know who respects their customers and who does not. I could make a list, but what would be the point. We know who really cares about their customers while giving a good deal on a good product. We know who is a shameless pathetic shill, with a substandard or overpriced product just taking advantage of the minus three weeks crowd. Drew gets my respect because he has always offered a good product at a fair price.
