So, they'd probably ask the color of a different car or the style/make or whatever - something you don't currently own. Or what your job was in a certain year. What schools you went to, what city someone was married in, year they were married, etc. A lot of these things kids would have no clue, but could be verified with the right software.

Any licensed private investigator has access to the DMV, but the average person can't even buy access, so it's not so bad.
Yes the system has the ability to skip questions if you just can't remember but it does replace those questions with similarly personal questions.

Yes its pulled from everything from DMV to credit systems of basic info you would be surprised just how much information is out there about each and every one of us lol.

I don't see the big issue where people think e cigs are marketed to kids.. There aren't any cartoon characters on the packaging or advertisements, no brightly kiddy colors, e cigs are not priced to attract children. Mainly it is not marketed to be cool, it is a 'smoking alternative'!
When I was 17 I wanted a debit card to get away from using checks. The bank told me they weren't aloud to issue debit cards to people under 18, but they could set me up with a credit card. I thought you had to be 18 to have a credit card as well, but I guess not.

Default i really don't see the point of this

there's a several of reasons why I disagree with this
    1. kids will always figure out a workaround
    2. kids that want to use e-cigs definitely already smoke analogs
    3. it only makes it more annoying for those of us who are of eligible age to purchase e-cig related products by making us answer a bunch of questions before buying, having to prolong the checkout process so long would make me want to go down to a mall kiosk and by cartridges.

i dont think my parents know the color of their first car.. i dont even remember the color of my own first car and im only 31..

as far as cig companies online they would ask for a photo copy of id that matches cc name..

anyone that wants one will find a way..

i can go to any check cashing place and get a prepaid card that I can get any name i want put on it.. and from there photocopy any id and edit it in photo shop..

and when kids are notorious for loving to have the feeling they are getting away with something. When something is not allowed, their goal is to do it anyway. We were all some kind of rebellious as kids. When something becomes a challenge, kid's are more enticed to find a way to get around it. Some kind of age verification system needs to be utilized though, without a doubt!
