How about mind-altering drugs?

I'm not for or against the inclusion of alcohol in the rule, but 'having a beer' is not abuse. The rule as written says 'abuse' not 'use'. Just sayin'.

I think 'illegal drugs' is the way to go. We can argue semantics forever, but that pretty much gets the point across.

I don't think Nicotine is a Narcodic or mind altering drug. So either would be good. But sometime we refer to drug pipes and such as they are legal as long as they are no sold for that. I just made a statement in a thread "Bad drug or what" would that be included?

Ya, but there is just nothing illegal about alcohol. I mean, I don't think I ever recall anything ever posted about abusing alcohol in the first place. If people have alcoholism, that's a disease. I mean I don't know what people could post about alcohol that would be abusive in the first place.

don't like this rule and never did. Not every country has the same rules on what drugs are permissible and most of them are ridiculously naive and need to be changed anyway. illegal where? What if I want to talk about crystallising e-liquid (less mess) and designing an rudimentary e-cig that functions similarly to a meth pipe? I don't want to be earning infractions for it. I understand that some people here think that mentioning drugs will give governments a motive for cracking down harder on e-cigs - but I sincerely doubt it.

Personally, I see no problem with comparing the availability of bongs to PV's when sold without e-juice. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. | |

| Manufacturer | I don't think that would fall under this rule. It might fall under one of the other ones though...
