i think this one needs and upping to at least a 2 pointer, also it should be worded to included the phrase "considered illegal drugs" in most places drugs.

I don't like including the use of alcohol. Alcohol is not illegal, I mean if we are going to include drinking we mind as well include smoking. That may be hard on an e-smoking board.

I think that would be better, although I don't know if it should be worth 2. I mean I have seen and probably posted my self threads joking about so and so being high or whatnot

Ya, talking about alcohol, that is not an illegal substance. People should be able to say I'm having a beer or blah blah blah.
