Intelligence- check, Appearance -check.

Character- I think this happens all the time. If a poster comes on and looks suspicious (ie may be a spammer) and others point this out, would they be subject to an infraction. I think this is extremely relevant with all of the blu nonsense going on. I believe there are still members who have some affiliation or tie to blu that are posting as regular members.

This one is going to be tough. Given the infinite number of ways to insult someone, I would suggest leaving this one fairly general, and having the mods use discretion based on context and posting history, etc to determine intent. If they err on the side of tolerance I don't see anyone arguing for the right to be abusive.

And how many folks don't consider themselves friends enough to poke fun at each other!

Bureaucracy destroys initiative. There is little that bureaucrats hate more than innovation, especially innovation that produces better results than the old routines.

Do not be trapped by the need to achieve anything. This way, you achieve everything.

If I call someone a zealot or fanboy, for example, is that considered a personal attack.

Far too subjective to enforce, IMO.

its only an attack if you say something insulting and if they are seen publicly as a fanboy. i see nothing wrong with saying they are.

for example the SD has so many fanboys with it in the sig lines.

"go away fanboy's." -targeted to a group and while it is not an attack it is personal message to that group.

now lets take the above line and add something to
"go away stupid fanboy's" that is an attack targeted to the whole group.
and even if you take the group out it still applies
