Default Powerpack-Kensington K38021US or K33396US

I am considering ordering a powerpack, but am not sure (I have tried to figure it out myself) what the difference in these 2 models are (other than price.

Kensington
K38021US
Portable Power Pack for Mobile Devices - K38021US - Kensington

K33396US
Battery Pack and Charger for iPhone and iPod - K33396US - Kensington

Would both model work well with e-cigs USB Pas Through?

Which one would be better for the e-cigs?

and which one would work longer powerwise?

Thanks

Essentially they're the same except if you read the specs for each one the second one includes a dock connector whereas the first one doesn't.

I have the first one and use it with my 510. I get about 2 days of use with it before it needs a re-charge. Sweet!

Hopefully someone can answer the technical questions. I've looked at them both and I'm not sure.

I CAN tell you that both are cheaper on Amazon. I bought the 2nd one on your list Amazon.com: Kensington Battery Pack and Charger for iPod; iPhone 1G, 3G: Electronics and it arrived yesterday. I vaped pretty much non-stop for 5 hours without a problem. I have yet to drain it, so I'm not sure of the full life.

I can say i did find the K38021US model on ebay new for under $30 shipped. It took awhile to find one that wasnt being bid on for higher, but it perfroms as good as the posts say.

Thanks for replies everyone:-)

I know I can buy them cheaper elseware. I just posted the links to show the 2 different models.

I need to know if one model lasts longer with power than the other. If so, which one? And would both models work with the E-cig PT's

I use a DSE801 USB Pass Through and vape heavily.

My K38021US model works well with my passthrough for the 510. It lasts for at least a day and a half of heavy vaping. I havent completely drained it as of yet to see the extent of its life. I have also used it successfully to charge my PCC as well. I didnt know about the other model, so I cannot comment, but the k38021 is a good battery pack for vaping IMO.

Get the one that says it's for mobile devices. Besides the extra part that you don't need, they are basically the same as far as power output and time (mAh). Mine is great and lasts for roughly 2 days of very heavy use.

The two models are exactly the same except for the cable that's included, and the price. I received mine the other day and on the back it says: K38021US / K33396US.

I paid $44 on Amazon and got the iPod version by chance. I actually needed a replacement usb/iPod cable so this worked out great.

It works GREAT by the way. After a few hours of use the status still shows 100% charge.

I highly recommend either. As I am sure we all agree we have other ideas for our Kensington than powering our iPod. Mine is looking battered and scratched up but after all the abuse, out lasting 4 passthroughs it stil works like new!
