Default bad threads on usb powered battery

I just received my DSE 901B usb powered battery and it works but the threads aren't matching up perfect. Is anyone having the same problem
or did I just get a non perfect one?

I have noticed that as well. It seems that is how they are made. It may be a slightly different thread pitch, but when it is screwed all the way down, it makes a nice snug connection. It also hasn't affected performance at all for me. Who did you get yours from?

I think that they are all like that in the current production run. Hope they are better in the future but they do work just fine as is.
