Neither one of these green batteries work. I screwed them onto new vaporizers yet the light was dead and no vapor created. I did not do anything wrong, my other 3 batteries are fine. Oddly, when I screw them into the charger, the LED comes on normally. But trying to smoke them, nothing at all occurs. What should I do?

I emailed you on the 14th about the bad battery and atty, but I've not recieved it, and also no shipping notice about it. Is it coming? Are you getting my emails?

Dont hold your breath Debra, I have emailed 4 times since 10/11 with nary one reply. I have 2 defective batteries. When I called the phone# he has on his invoice and also the above post to me, a verizon recording says the # has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Since calling is LD I havent tried phoning anymore. I guess I lost $14. Maybe if he keeps reading this forum something will be done, emailing certainly is a waste of time.

I see you are also having problems. I'm going to stay optimistic, for now. LOL
Always willing to give people a fair chance before I give up on them. Of course, there comes a point when you take your business elsewhere.
I'll give it another day or say. Good luck to you, hope you get your batteries!

We did have phone issues for a few hours when i switched from verizon over to the att network.. every thing has been working.. Here is my personal phone number please call me i would love to take care of anything that is not to your satisfaction.

I called that number, got voice mail, then left a msg. Chad called me back within minutes. I'm am now confident that my replacements parts will arrive soon.

Bellasin - Don't give up.... I honestly don't believe we were being intentionally ignored.

I finally got the replacement batteries, once I called and talked to someone. These batteries work fine thanks.
