I called him today, as a first time customer, and pretty much said "Hi. I want to order 2 510 kits and 2 car chargers for them. I also want to have them in...oh...one hour" His response: "No problem"

I live in phoenix, not too far from his AO, and he arranged to meet up with me for delivery. I now have two spankin' new 510s, two car chargers and a few bottles of liquid he convinced me to buy

So, moral of the story...Chad rocks. No, realy, he does. I could have been some jackass that didn't show up...I could have been someone with a bad credit card that was trying to get away with free stuff....I could have been anyone. And yet, there he was, a little over an hour later, handing me my new "toys". It seems to me that he truly takes pride in the business he runs and desires to make a very positive impact on his customers.

On another note, everything seems to work great so far all the batts are good but haven't checked all the attys though. The man of the house couldn't wait to tear his open and fiddle with it (granted...I ripped mine open and had a battery charging while I was at work LOL).

Did I mention how awesome this dood is? No, seriously. He is.

I've had similar experiences with Chad (Phoenix area, local pickup).

You really do rock, man. Having a local supplier for my 901 parts (or, 801, or, 501, etc., etc) is just too awesome!

If you're in Phoenix, and have been thinking about getting a starter kit, or need parts, or want to give away a kit as a present for the holidays - run, don't walk, to Chad. He'll take care of you.

If you're not in Phoenix, I can tell you I've met the man face-to-face, and he's a straight shooter. His website looked a little dodgy in the past (nice re-design, btw), but he's a joy to deal with - no reservations at all!
