Mouth piece on ego ce4+ clearomizer melted?! ...?

I don't know if it was a chemical reaction, something getting too hot, or just plain shotty chinese plastic, but the black plastic end of the mouth piece that screws into the clearomizer juice tank started to melt on me -- I noticed I wasn't drawing much air through it last night, so I unscrewed it and saw the bottom piece was a little soft and starting to loose it's shape. It's about 3 weeks old. I just bought a new one, and in 2 hours noticed the new started to get soft around the edges.

It really seems like a chemical reaction to the e-juice maybe...has anyone else had this problem?
