I know that Minna and I appreciate your input. I also realise Jason is well established here.
Trying to get by without cigarettes doesn't help either lol. 10 days now and I'm still relying on a dealextreme cheapy (please last till the 22nd lol)

Am sure will be sorted out! What I would like to know is where do all missing packages end up? Wonder if there a central hub with all the goodies in ha-ha! Would like an hour in there if there is (before get flamed by royal mail workers am joking!)

I know the frustration, I have had similar happen to me different supplier same scenario! Got what in my case was the juice in end, but in a case like your`s waiting for first decent supply makes it even more frustrating am sure!

PVs are the only way for us smokers to give up smoking without feeling we are letting our fellow smokers down?!! I think we are all in the same boat and we do not want to seem or be narky(?) about it.

In my limited experience, I have not found a supplier with a 'Maggie' (sorry!) attitude yet as we are all seem to be in it for ther best of our health..... It will change here in the UK at some point when the greed kicks in but I have had no problems so far. It is still a new thing.

I had to wait 20 business days for my PV. And then I opened it. Guess what? It was NOT what I ordered. !

Now I get to return it... and they resend my correct order back. 40 more days??

Thats gota suck so bad, you shoud always keep back ups around, and back ups for the back ups. And a secret stash if you're overly paranoid lol

I can tell you the service from Royal Mail is not what it used to be. For me, judging by recent purchases from ebay and various on line vendors, 1st class recorded now seems to mean about 3-4 working days on average. 2nd class is more like 10 working days. It seems to have got worse in the last few months.

I don't think its reasonable to blame this on the vendor, its not their fault.

If you need next day you need Special Delivery - but be prepared to pay extra for this.

Did you order through the UK site or the US site?

Just to update, Still nothing arrived and have had an email from Gillian to say that she was unable to help now ( she had offered a replacement after 7 days) as her MD (Jason Cropper)had taken over the case. Jason has stated I must wait till 22nd July ( I ordered and paid on the 6th).
Thank you for your intervention Mr Cropper. This is exactly what I mean. I do still have the email from Gillian stating that they would dispatch a replacement after 7 days. This is why I'm unhappy. All the best everyone.
