A discount code is not much good when they sent out faulty products and then fail to respond to a weeks worth of emails. I'm disgusted with their service. |

Just how many times are you going to post the same thing? Have you tried ringing them? |

I am going to keep posting and posting untill I get a response from them I don't see why I should spend monoey calling them when they have an email adddress. I figured keeping posting untill I shamed them into replying would be quite a good idea because the bad publicity is going to cost them a hell of a lot more than ignoring my emails as I am sure you will agree, Magically they have responded now I have made public how good their returns department is, or was it the fact I sent an email to their 'orders' department so that it infact got read rather than ignored? Your guess is as good as mine. There is no such think as bad publicity is what they say, but I don't think it is true do you?

Glad you've now got a response. I have no issue with you posting your experiences, but posting the same thing numerous times in quick succession and hijacking other threads is bad form and, IMHO, shows little consideration for other forum members. |

The actually response they eventually send me was inadaquate and I would still advise people not to buy from them. It seems odd that not only did I get a faulty product which obviously was sent out with out being tested as the button was missing, but that they failed to respond to me and also that their site suddenly became infected with a virus at the same time. Remarkably the did respond to my email about their site being infected by a virus!! Any how as far as I can se I am just hijacking their marketing spam. Well as far as I can see if they have got time to sent out marketing spam they have time to respond to my email.
