It should have been just returns@theelectroniccigarette.co.uk

Donna has sussed this out and mailed you from the correct email this morning.

Thank you Mucho appreciated, but the cause of the problems are your hotlinks in that part of your site are spelt wrong - and throw up incorrect email address's to anyone clicking them to return to you.

I don't get any replies, It seems TECC have no problems whatsoever when selling, but they have all sorts of ways to avoid sending out replacement parts.

I bought a mini-pipe on the 30th August and I am still trying to get TECC to send out a replacement bowl....

I have returned the faulty bowl, sent a couple of emails asking for the status.....

Nothing from them ....

There needs to be a boycotte on TECC untill they change their appalling attitude to their customers returning faulty goods.

Looks like I will have to take them to court to get my money back.

Boycotte them is my advice, people should vote with their feet and avoid major grief.
