510 Batteries

so i've now ordered a total five Titan Kits from TECC on four separate occasions and the only time that i've gotten the correct batteries was the first time; by this i mean that i get one AUTO one MANUAL battery and the four kits after that (including the one that i got today) did not come with any AUTO batteries, i didn't specify for two MANUAL batteries but my last four kits did. the latest kit i got has two manual batteries and one isn't sealed, weird huh? anyone else experiencing this oddity?

i mean i personally wouldn't have any complaints because i prefer the manual batteries but every kit i've ordered after the first kit were for other people and they were all expecting what the site says "1 Manual, 1 Automatic". no one really wants to pay for the shipping to get the auto batteries (or at least both manual batteries should be sealed) so i have to spend time trying to convince people to just keep what they got.
