Default What happened to the friendly service

I have been vaping now for about 18 months, and generally get my supplies from the UK - TW Smokejuice etc... I am living in Croatia, you should check out Krapanj is the smallest and lowest inhabited island on the Adriatic coast of Croatia - It is famous for sponge fishing - All the latest news on Krapanj, here you can - check the weather - leave comments etc. - timeless ..

Anyway I have always had very good experiences with TW and Smokejuice not so with (The Electronic Cigarette Company) who are - even though they have agreed to replace the faulty mini-pipe bowl under warranty, - refusing to ship me a replacement until they receive the faulty one from me.

I know for you guys in the UK this might seem quite reasonable, but with the postal service here believe me - it is a problem....

I will now have to wait up to 6 weeks.....

and quite possibly pay customs duty 25% on both the original shipment, and the replacement item.

So please let me know to who at TECC I should send a PM ????

Peter that is our policy, it has never changed.. Pls return the faulty item and if itis indeed defective we will replace and cover the postage..

I sent the faulty Mini-Pipe Bowl back on the 30th September, I have sent several emails asking if TECC had managed to ship the replacement yet ?

But no reply to my emails ???

Default Still waiting for TECC to send out a Mini-Pipe Bowl

TECC are still not answering any emails, I have still not received a replacement Mini-pipe bowl.

They shipped me a faulty product that I paid full price for, I also paid 25% tax. I have shipped the faulty part back to TECC, and still they have not honored their warranty.
