just thought i would write because i placed an order for some items with nuway smokes, they shipped fast, but one of the atomizers was defective. i just have to say they were very efficient in replacing it. their 401 atomizers are also 2 hole for those looking for them(i know there are people that love the 2 hole). but i would check with them first to make sure they have 2 holes left. anyway, if anyone was wondering if they are reputable, the answer is YES.
