I bought two pen style e-cigarettes from e-cig.com. Mine never worked right. The only way I can get any smoke out of it is to unscrew it from the battery, blow into the top of it, screw it back together, then I get one or two puffs before it craps out agan. Then I have to wait a while before I can do it again.

My wife had the other one. After a few hours of use it started working great. Lots of smoke. She actually quit smoking for two days. Then her's crapped out. No more smoke. Quality control of the e-cig is terrible. If yours works, thank your lucky stars and keep your fingers crossed.

So, now I have 40 cartridges, two batteries, and two atomizers for the e-cig comming from China. Hopefully that will solve the problem. If not, I have also ordered an e-cig from nJoy. Somehow I have to figure a way to use the e-cig cartridges in the nJoy. Anyway, that is my rant. Not having much luck and about $400 invested so far.

Sorry to hear about your problems, Brian, but you're actually lucky. I have an E-Pack, and they won't replace it unless I ship the bad one back to them first.
You should be happier with your Njoy. They are better devices, and the customer service is better and more convenient than e-cig.com.

But, this thread is actually about Myecig.com, a very different company. He's a small reseller of generic models, and a member of this forum, named Meltrix. His devices are "just" generics, but they are top quality generics, as good as the Njoy.

That won't be hard - just remove the fibre from the e-cig cart and place it in an empty NJOY cart (fibre removed).

It will not last as long as the NJOY cart but you will be able to use up all your e-cig carts.

OR

Remove the fibre from your e-cig cart and place it in a syringe and squeeze it into a NJOY cart that you left the fibre in.

I don't remember if the e-cig carts fit the NJOY - if it doesn't it may only be a little loose.

Small update...
One of the batteries died on me. And stupidly when the battery died it got stuck on and cooked the atomizer it was hooked up to.
It cooked in my pocket for a good 10 seconds before I realized it was stuck on. So the battery doesn't turn on at all now. The atomizer still works, but has burnt plastic taste. So I can't really use it. I thought at first I could smoke the bad taste out of it. I also cleaned it with 91% alcohol. I got MOST of the bad taste out, but when I compare it to a new atomizer I notice a pretty big difference.

So Mel has already replaced the atomizer, and said he would send out a battery if this one was broken so I'm not too worried. The battery lasts me almost all day anyway and the charger is small enough to take in my work bag.

I gave my grandma her Myecig penstyle last night. She seems to like it but I couldn't stay long to see her try it out much. The Smartfixx zero nic cartridges fit perfectly. I think we might order NJoy carts next time because the Smartfixx have almost no flavor.

So yep I've had my first failure of an e-cig part now.
I feel like I'm now really part of the club

Mel has been great helping me out with this stuff and very fast with getting back to me.

My appologies to Myecig.com. The names are so close to each other I thought they were the same. Most of you seem pretty happy with your e-cigs so maybe I got off to a bad start with mine. My wife is pretty heartbroken about loosing hers so I'll end up giving her the njoy.

Thanks
Brian

What he wrote was "when the battery died it got stuck on". He didn't write that it got burnt or burned.

ONE WAY it can get stuck on is if juice leaks into the battery. After you've had your ecig for a bit you will see how that can happen. The other ways, you'll have to write the companies in China and ask them.
