you may be right..

i had paid a premium for a good product and more importantly for customer service - like when you pay extra for a service pack

so far their response time is sh*t -

19th of July - I email them on the stating that as they will sending my usb cable (previously told 21st July) and to also look into one of my bad batterys

** 15 Days Later!!!***

3rd August - Harry states that USB cables will be arriving this week and will be sending battery.

The week has passed - I have not received any notice - nothing

what makes the Janty Kissbox better than other devices - absoloutly Nothing

I run an internet retail company - we reply to every email within 24hrs thats over 400 - 600 emails and we have 15 phone lines - employ 20 people

if Janty think they are trying to run a premium brand - they should re-think this so far they overcharge for no apparent reason

Top Brands =

Emails and customer queries handled within 24 - 48 hrs (not 3 effing weeks)

Superior products = nope!

so far Janty is just a name - nothing more

head the advice of trog and darcy

(writing this while smoking a real f***ing Cig!!!)

the problem here is the product is so unreliable or short lived the service concept isnt a valid way to sell these things.. the people opting to use the old ruyan way have backed the wrong horse.. the return rate is overwhelming the dudes..

the way to buy is forget the upfront service charge.. buy cheap and buy spares in advance.. this way u get perfect service and a product that works..

the new sellers are aware of this and are selling on this principle.. cheap spares.. buy some u will need them.. no long term guarantee..

the new sellers will succeed the old ones will fail...

ps.. darcy my english friend.. we are gaining f-cking ground.. keep up the attack.. he he he

update:

received my battery and USB cable finally.

The USB cable is just great - you get optimium power and keeps frying the juice.

The KB is still a kickass device esp with manual switch - I still have the same atomizer still going strong on heavy use for well over a month.

My only concern still is support from Janty Europe - there have been problems contacting Harry and I still fear that.

also seems Janty have released some kick ass liquids including my all time fav RY4 (ordered 6 bottles). After ordering found that they also have some new carts including REDBULL and Virginia.

If Janty can sort out their Europe Support then I am sure they can improve their position
