I love my NUCIG, don't like any of the flavors so far. Have had No problems with the equipment. But good grief they are difficult to work with. I don't believe they actually READ their emails! I have never had such an odd correspondence with anyone ever!! After 3 orders, The 3rd order went beautifully. Orders 1 & 2 still haven't gotton straightened out. My most recent communication with them doesn't acknowledge the mistake in the 1st order, and gets the mistakes in the 2nd order completely backwards! The items they neglected to send, I am still not getting, but the things I got, they are resending, because they think I didn't get them. I also asked about the cleaning, which the pamphlet suggests should be done weekly. But never says HOW to go about it. They never answered that at all. And this is just the most recent situation. I will be searching elsewhere for the product. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Kay |

Fellow vapers .... like you I was really stoked with Nucig AdPro 2009 when it arrived.... however 1month in I have severe regrets. Customer service is a JOKE! Phone calls and emails IGNORED! I threw good money after bad and bought a new atomizer ..... NO JOY!! Helpline ..... NON EXISTENT! Do yourselves a favour and plan for the (near) future when your Nucig packs in... Can anyone recommend a decent bit of kit with reliable afterservice?? asmac_au |

The nucig looks like an 8084 with the type of carts it has. But the pcc looks like a l88b (blu) or Winning what ever you want to call it. For a good kit the 510 or the 901 are the most common and reliable e-cigs I have used. |

I have a NuCig Advance Pro II - the atomisers seem to be better than with the 2009 version, but the batteries are awful - they have also started to sell a charging case which looks cool, but I haven't had chance to put it to the test because all the batteries I bought have failed - I am giving up on them as a brand to be honest - and I am quite disappointed because they have the styling right.

I ordered the NUCIG Advanced Pro 2 when it first came out. This included the charging case that you mentioned and it is a superb idea. I agree with you about the styling - it looks just like a real pack of cigarettes and the actual nucig is same size as a real cigarette and gives it a real feel of quality. The main reason for me chossing this instead of others is that I feel totally comfortable using it and nobody knows that it is not a real ciagrette thats how good the styling is. A friend of mine has the Titan - shes already ordered the NUCIG as she loves the styling and the reasonable smoke it gives. Once the charging case is charged - I can use my nucigs for a full week before mains charging is required again this is such a plus point compared to all of the others I checked out. I have 5 batterries and did have a faulty battery which I returned back to the company who replaced it within days and also included extras - very pleased conisdering what has been said elsewhere. Ask for a bloke called Andy - he is very responsive and thorough. |

I originally had a DSE901 from cheapelectroniccigarettes.co.uk and got no vapour from it. They then suggested that I try a NUCIG Advanced Pro 2 and I have to say that it is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Styling is perfect and whilst one of the batteries in the starter kit failed they changed it out for me within a couple of days and the PCC kept me going anyway. I am happy with the smaller batteries as i'm sure they will get better with development. Haven't bought from NUCIG directly. |
