If the atomizer is dry and free of liquid it will burn out when used.

alrite had my e-cig for approx. 2 days and starting to get the hang of e-smoking....

the feeling of e-smoking does not fully replicate that of tobacco smoking, as what many experienced e-smokers have said ard this forum, but in certain ways does makes it similar

i'm beginning to think that the 'drying' effect of the throat caused by the PG is actually a plus in creating a feel of inhaling anything other than air, but it does makes me want to take sips of water more frequently.

the amount of smoke my e-cig is producing seems more like the "1-week after" e-cig that ratindahat shows in his video review for myecig.com... not too much but good enough for wat i paid... btw i highly recommend anyone new to e-smoking to check out his video tutorials. definitely helped me especially on my drawing technique
check it out Tutorials - Tutorials

dats all for now... will review further after a few more days.....

btw a few of my smoking frens have already enquired abt my e-cigs and asking me to help buy for them after i validates my experience with e-smoking....

EDIT: btw i think i'll have to mix the usage between e-cig and tobacco, and gradually cut down on the grass.... still have the habit of wanting to light up.... but this has been extremely useful to lengthen the time between light ups..

The pen looks liek the smartfixx & NJoy, although it's a little hard to tell- the Cartridges look similar too. What was the price for the starter kit? The smartfixx starter kit costs $80
where can i find glycerin? preferably off the shelf.... pharmacies? or supermarkets?

btw i paid in total approx 85USD including shipping....
includes starter kit(2batt, 1 atomizer, charger, 22 menthol carts) 10 flue-cured carts, 5 vanilla, 5 coffee, additional atomizer, 1 carrying case

and btw the carrying case is pretty useless... i'll use my regular cigarette box to carry my e-cig around

McSocker- Amazon.com has pure vegetable Glycerin- don't get stuff that doesn't say Vegetable Glycerin or has other stuff in it. I found mine in Walmarts in the skin care department, but I'm not sure if it's vegetable glycerin or not- it probably is though as it's used on the skin as a moisterizer- but I'd order from Amazon next time as their product definately says vegetable glycerin- just do a search for 'vegetable glycerin" in Amazon search- it's a bit expensive, but it goes a long ways- it's are 15-20 dollars if I remember right

sorry if I didn;t research enough becos what I know
the atomizer need to be dry and free from any liquid to be durable.
I make sure to do this only after a bit of smoking out of that cartridge. Check the Tips section there's a Ruyan cartridge tips post that explains all of that really well. But basically you don't store it that way until the liquid is about half gone. I've never had any leaking problems that way.
The atomizer staying wet is fine. As long as it's not drowned...

Drawing technique does make a big difference. There's a small learning curve for these things and it took me a while to get a good hit out of my devices.
Also... There's a break in period sometimes. I got the same penstyle from Mel that is on one of Rat's videos. The vapor I got out of it at first was exactly like his one week follow up video.
After 2-3 days, the vapor is now more like his first day video.
So some just need a beak in period.
