Electronic Cigarette Reviews Which brands perform the best? What are the differences between them? Which brands are the originals and which are cheap copies? Have you had a positive/negative experience with a supplier?

I can't help but feel that we're missing something in this story. Njoy and Janty seem to have good response time to customer issues. They're two of the best, probably THE two best. But this is Turkey where Norminall is seeking delivery. Sales of these devices and liquid are under a ban. Why would either manufacturer treat any customer this way ... unless we don't know something about this order.

Well, one possibility could be: Norminall, are you asking these companies to send you your package to your private address; or to a company, perhaps to your job-address?

If the last, be aware of the fact that it is much more difficult to get any package to any company then it is to a private address... as a rule-of-thumb, customs will take out some private packages to look into them and let the rest pass (so you cán be unlucky there)... but will look into every package sent to a company of any kind (so you will be unlucky if you have chosen for this...).

And I wrote to them:


Why there is no answer?
where are you?
if you can not send something in a weeek...
oK I DONT WANT ANYTHING..
REFUND MY MONYEY..

I'm a little uncomfortable here myself, Bob. We've all had difficulties with suppliers and it's helpful to forum members to flag up obvious lunatics (that 51 guy's note threatening to sue Cashmere, for instance).

However, chapter and verse retelling is a very blunt instrument. The supplier can't win and I'd expect a huge degree of caution in any mail sent to Norminall now, purely because he knows it will be reposted on the forum. If the situation worsens it could easily get very publicly bad-tempered and that's just bad news for everyone except the voyeurs.

I'm in the middle of a couple of disputes myself but I wouldn't dream of discussing them except in very general terms (or via PM).

Norminall, I hope it turns out OK for you, although the way things are in your country, I doubt if it will get any easier.

I don't think you've been discourteous or overly pushy, by the way.

Finally i have received my Njoy cigrattes for the second time. And i wrote to the Njoy this mail:




Hi,

I have received the parcel today.

unforcinatly, one of the cigratte do not work absoletly. no vapor! i put new cartrdgs but no vapor no any heat.

The other one is working. but it is very very light. no strong. if i do not see the vapor i will not understand that it is working. when i inhale it is the same with air. i can not understand that i inhaling ecig or air!

and the other matter is: i wrote to you that i want only high menthol cartridgs but you put "no" and "low" and "med" and "high".. you can see in may email. i said that i only want high menthol carridgs.





Here is my news..

And i want ask you again: what happened to my died Njoy cigrattes which i sent to your office in italy?

Right now i am very sad....

I preferd you because you are amarican company.

it is the second time and your new (!) cigratte is not working..

I'm with Emp. This complaint has become a blog. We do not need to hash out problems with companies in such a public place on a blow-by-blow basis. A summary after all is settled should suffice.
