I've been topping off 3 cartos and rotating them at work. I'm a heavy vaper, and when I open them up at home they're still a little moist and white. I use the 380mah manuals, and always take 7-8 sec hits.

yeah the GC carts are almost as hard as say burning a 3pc cart since the GC filling isn't really directly in contact with the heating element unlike the KRs element is in more "direct" contact.

OP I think every serious KR carto use would agree that if you ensure that the cart is never dry than the burn is minimized. as for the "dangers" I wouldn't say it is SAFE but I would say it couldn't be worse than a filtered analog

Technically the cartos are a one time use, but with proper handling you could get it to last as long as a 3pc atty does with next to no discoloring.

Just because I was curious, I sacrificed a carto to take a look. This was a carto ordered from Vapor4Life about 3 weeks ago. It started life as a Blueberry 11mg, but I refilled it a couple times with Red Cow 36. This carto was only used on a manual PT. I pulled out all the guts and gave it a quick rinse to remove the juice. Apart from a small discoloration on the inner wrap, there was no evidence of burning.

The only thing I do special is I make sure to never vape my cartos dry, and keep a pretty quick rotation. I'll usually only puff 5 times or so from 1 carto before switching to another.

Yeah Greencig carts do NOT respond well to passthroughs, nor do they respond well to any high voltage mod. they taste burnt immediately. Oddly enough when you apply proper voltage to them again the "burnt" taste goes away pretty fast.

Insofar as cartomizers go, I've been vaping them almost exlcusively for months, so far my lungs havn't fallen out and i've only killed a few..some were defective or something and some i was just stupid and vaped dry.

Cartomizers try to warn you...about 3-5 puffs before theyre empty (kr808d-1) they give a big vapor with no flavor...that first puff of "big vapor with no flavor" is your early warning that you're about to roast a cartomizer..every drag after that is a nail in the coffin..so to speak..for burning a cartomizer.

I still say the kr808d-1 is *the* device to start noobs on. let them *graduate* to the harder to operate 3 piece units after theyre off analogs..and as they will have kr808d-1 stuff around, if they get frustrated with their new 3 piece, they wont go buy a pack of cancer sticks while workin out the bugs

I say that's some of the best cartomizer maintenance ive ever seen. I know some of mine look worse than that, and it's entirely my fault. I have some i expect are quite roasted in fact, and I still use them lol.

The above pic is of a cartomizer used properly. If you do your job and remember to keep the cartomizer moist, thats what it should look like. screw around, get lazy and sometimes just outright forget which one was the dry one and they'll look like some of mine no doubt do.

it's my opinion that even when frequently opening and topping off (nothing like as frequent as a 510-901) theyre *still* more hassle/trouble free than a 3 piece by far.

I wish i had the kind of control and good sense it takes to make all of mine look like the above one..I think most people do in fact, but i just get lazy and/or forget..entirely my bad

Will the Greencigs work well with a 3.7 mod? I just pre-ordered the BB and the 501 to KR808d adapter. Also, are you refilling them with a needle and are you able to clean/rinse them out like the KR808d?

Inside a Greencig cartomizer is an almost traditional , polyfill reservoir it is a PAIN IN TEH A$$ to re fill without destroying.

Use a GreenCig cart with the KR battery and you won't ever get scorching or burning, it's been tried on them and they refuse to scorch or burn. I forget who the original poster of these pics was but I did ask permission to use them a while back and was granted it.

Can anybody tell me if these: DPV9 Capsule - 16mg (25pcs) Bulk Brown Marlboro - DPV9 Disposable - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd
DPV9 Disposable Capsules (Atomisers with filled cart) are ok to use on 3.7 if they have the inner "tube" and comparable to the GreenCig one's??
