I have placed several orders from best ecig and I like thier products and warranty. I want to try Ruyan direct because their prices are better but I don't want to sacrifice quality. I need to buy atomizers batterys and juice. has anyone ordered from both that vould let me know which one is better. I a mostly concerned with the quality of the batteries and atomizers. any input would be awesome

Becky--why do you think you are "sacrificing quailty". Ordering from China has the downside of a remote chance of a customs issues to date, but as for quality---you are getting a vey good product??? Best is also very good as you point out.-----Sun

All this stuff is made in China, so whether you order from China direct or a US based vendor, the quality is the same...

Sun Vaporer and RsL already gave you great advise. The wait is a little longer but if you are seeing what you want there, it all origionates from there anyway. Just for assurance, I have ordered from both, a little longer for shipping and great buys. They do have the same products you will find state side.

I don't own that one........ruyan has been great to deal with and seems to have a six month warranty. You are requested to ship it back however so I don't know if that is convenient. I have heard great things about beci and warranty. They are both in china

Have you looked at Healthcabin? I have been ordering from them and am very happy with the product, customer service and price. Their price beats all the others; you do have to order at least $250 to get free shipping but well worth it. There is a 5% coupon code on the forum also.

Where to start...

I've lurked here awhile, reading reviews, how to's and where to's. Appreciate all the info that can be found here.

After reading, and reading, and looking and looking sweat poured off my brow and I made the decision to get a starter pack.

Being a long time pack + a day smoker for over 2 decades and an old marketing guy I was leary but truly hoping vaping and the style and the company I chose would deliver an alternative that was "as advertised" if you will.

Smokers, if you are wanting to try vaping I can tell you the day my kit showed up I stopped analogs... BANG. That was it and it was really that simple.

As a smoker I chose the 401 for something that looked normal to me gave me the similar feeling to an analog.

As a nervous consumer I chose myfreedomsmokes.

And I have nothing but rave compliments for both.

Chris at myfreedomsmokes.com called me, checked on me, made sure everything was going as planned and covered me when I made newbie mistakes and didn't know I wasn't charging the batteries correctly.

Chris, thank you. After 20 years of smoking I appreciate the information and the truly cool customer service you have given me that allowed me to end my smoking career...

20 years - no more cigs and I would recommend Chris to anyone that is nervous about who - what - when and for how much.

Ordered from Ruyan a couple of times, and even tried there cheaper shipping method (3 weeks) They seem to have one of the cheapest shipping from China, and they don't add a surcharge for Paypal
