The 510 actually seems to be easier to draw on, im not sure if its because the evo is brand new or not but the 510 is just a great vapor.

If someone could tell me if the evo will get better in the next day or 2 that will be great, it just seems I need to really draw on the evo to get it to actually work.
The Evo has a medium draw, to me more like a cigarette (I packed my smokes). If you want a lighter draw get regular m401 carts, the draw is lighter. Took me 3 or 4 days to get my evos going strong.

Thanks for all the replies. I am trying many of the suggestions. I also added a new topic to the Tip and Tricks section using a combination of PTB's and regular tea bags. Testing this now.

I like the fluval stuffing, I pulled out an empty cart and cut the fluval into the exact right size and thickness and stuff it right in there. You get so much of it that you can dispose of it after dripping all day, cause it does seem to wear out.

I get a funny taste from Fluval do you clean it before using? I think that might be my mistake.

I don't know if this will help or not but I have the Dura-C from Janty, which from what I read is a co-branded version of the 510.

When I am topping off or replacing filler from the other carts I've washed out (haven't bought the fluval yet but planning to when I get some $$ to buy it with; right now I am so broke I can't pay attention....

Anyhow, whenever I top off or fill (I use a syringe - 16-gauge I think; it came from the pharmacy. It's like the ones I buy when my guide dog needs meds that must be pulled from a bottle then remove the needle from the syringe to get it in his mouth... I use a brand new one for the e-cig fills btw... ) but when I add liquid, I always make sure I puff up the filler so it soaks in good then I remove any puddles I feel in the cart then press the filler down just below the edge of the cart so it doesn't touch the atty. I don't get the burnt taste or anything. Just the vapor and the flavor of whatever liquid I am using.

I tend to go with the fruity flavors like juicy peach (goodprophets.com) and the 33% more flavoring in 36mg (myfreedomsmokes.com) and I ordered some liquid from Janty when I bought the starter kit. The rest of my liquids including the Juicy Peach from goodprophets.com are all 24-26mg... I sometimes add the extra flavored 36mg juice from myfreedomsmokes to add more flavor and to mix the peach with the cherry. it's a great flavor though you wouldn't necessarily think so. I love it. I just wish more liquid vapor stores would add more flavoring to give it the nice taste.

I guess smoking the Sweet Dreams in Cherry and Vanilla, I also tried Sweet Dreams analog Chocolate but it wasn't as good. I like that nice flavorful liquids. The 36mg also gets me over the nic fit cravings.

Here's to hoping you can find some interesting information here. Again, I pressure the filler just below the cart edge to prevent it from touching the atty so it doesn't get that burnt flavor.

I ordered a sample size at a deal from myfreedomsmokes.com in the Cotton Candy flavor as well as a bottle of 20ml unflavored in 48mg for when I can buy flavors to add to little mixing bottles but right now financs are playing a major roll in what I can or can't order at one time. I want to try numerous flavors to try but the money just isnt' there with my having to handle all the bills since DH is in the process of filing for disability. His health took a major turn for the worst in January to the point where we didn't know if he would live or die. It is certain if he attempts to go back to work and has another heart attack this time it will kill him so I am saving as much as possible and working on more articles via my freelance writing to help supplement the household income to keep us afloat until hopefully he gets his disability.

Thanks and again, I hope this helps someone else as it has for me. I wish I could order another e-cig but right now it's not possible.I wan to find out if other attys on other models get so hot so fast as the Dura-C also make in the image or co-branded from Dura-C and Titan.

I want one of those heavy duty e-cigs everyone is building but I am the least mechanically disinclined because of the loss of my vision so moddling beyong extremely cheap is out of the question too. I just can't do it. It's the same reason I can't build a mod. Can't afford to screw up a warranty and leave myself short on the warranty options, if you know waht I mean.

Any suggestions or possibility someone that can make a better pv stick that works better at a low-cost? As I mentioned, I'm in the proverbial dog house when it comes to paying all the bills on no more than I get in SSDI. It's sad.

Best of luck...
