It's quite a tough situation to be stuck in. A starter kit with one battery...just stupid. Now that it is dead, it will be a loong wait until you get the replacement.

I have 3 V9 and I didn't have any problem. I know that the service from Loong Totem is not good, but I think it's one of the best e-cigarettes. I really don't have any complains about it. The ammount of smoke is totaly outstanding.

I actually tried ordering my first e-cig from loong. I had a loong wait till the 14th day after I placed my order to which they still couldn't provide me with a tracking number, or acknowledge when my order would be shipped out. I ended up opening up a paypal dispute and getting my money back that way... They have the worst customer service I've ever seen @_@ |
