Hi all, I just wanted to post a review of thesmokelesshop.com and Katy's great customer service!

I ordered a 901b starter kit from Katy; I made the decision to go with her store because her kit overall has a lot of extras that other suppliers don't offer. The big seller for me was that her kit offers 3 batteries and 2 atomizers, while most starter kits only offer 2 batteries and 1 atomizer in a kit. The kit also comes with a USB charger, 5 empty carts for filling, a bottle of e-juice of your choice, a syringe and a case (in addition to the wall charger and 10 prefilled carts); all extras over other suppliers for only $27 more than the usual $49.95. I think this is the best bang for your buck if you're a newbie like me!

The 901 was everything I expected and then some! This e-cig definitely lives up to the reputation it has here on the forums; great vapor production, easy draw, good size and weight, and better battery life than I expected. The only problem I had was that one battery basically DOA--I know Katy pre-tests and charges all her batteries but for some reason this one didn't survive the delivery. About 2 days later, I notice one of my other batteries had an extremely hard draw compared to the other working battery, and only lasted about 20 minutes. At first I thought I might have a bad charger, but over a few days of testing I determined that it was another bad battery.

I contacted Katy right away about the DOA battery; she sent a replacement out in the mail the same day, along with a postage paid envelope for me to return the bad one. After a few days of testing the other bad battery, I contacted her again to tell her I had more bad news. She was extremely understanding and said it wouldn't be a problem to replace that one too. Then today when I checked the mail, I had two new batteries! The funny thing is, she had already mailed out two batteries before she knew really needed two; she was totally giving me an extra battery as a bonus

Very sweet of her, and it really helped me out when I needed it.

The other cool thing about her is that she was actually getting ready to go out of town when she got my order, but made sure I got it anyway. It tooks days for my Paypal echeck to clear, but since I placed my order before she left on her trip, she made it a point to ensure that my package would still arrive in a timely fashion. I even emailed her a few times while she was away and she was still very helpful and kind

As far as flavors are concerned, well I didn't really expect the standard prefilled 901 carts to taste all that great from what I've been reading here, lol. I got the mixed strength regulars and medium strength menthol. In addition, I got 2 bottles of Kick juice: 555 medium and Mint medium. I wasn't a big fan of the 555, it is pretty strong and has a harsh throat hit. The Mint however, was very smooth and made the menthol carts a lot more tolerable, actually, pleasant. On Katy's website she offers a pack of 5 carts in high strength with your order but I think she noticed that I chose medium juices so she actually put a box of medium strength carts instead of the high, which I thought was really cool of her; I was dreading those high carts, lol.

All in all, Katy has bent over backwards to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and has made my first e-cig purchase a very pleasant one! I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great starter kit and excellent service!

I am actually very interested in purchasing the starter kit myself, but i am a little nervous about it. I live waaaaaaaay over in NJ and this would be my 1st e-cig purchase. That and i really want to know how the coffee high liquid tastes before i get it ^.^

Katy was kind enough to ship to the UK for me because I wanted one of the leather pouches she sells. I haven't found anything else I like and it's just the right size.

I bought a couple of mini parts as well to make the shipping worthwhile. Everything arrived in good condition and all work well.

Onyx, I have only bought the Kick coffee in low but I can guarantee you that high would be just as good. I'm addicted to the Kick Coffee...it's delicious! It is my all day everyday juice and I buy it in 30ml bottles 2 at a time so I'm never out...lol. You can't go wrong with it. It's not the flavor of like a sweet coffee with cream but it's not like a bitter black coffee either. Has just the right touch of sweetness for me without the cream addition. I'm a sugar and cream girl when it comes to my coffee but the Kick Coffee is the perfect taste for me for vaping. Hope that helps!

Katy was nice enough to talk with me ( great customer service) & also, she has some very good deals #1 being the DSE901b Black Mini Starter Bundle & #2 the DSE901b with Blue LED. I'm anxiously awaiting my order.

Above all else she gives excellent customer service. I have placed many orders with Katy. She responds very quickly to orders and questions. Priority mail gets you the product in just a few days (for those in the US). I ordered the Ultimate DSE901b BlackMini Starter Kit. It come with EVERYTHING one would ever need starting out with a mini. The DSE901 series is a GREAT product and just plain works. Just as the KISSBOX Classic from Janty is my standard for pen styles, the DSE901b is now my standard for mini cigs. The Smokeless Shop carries everything anyone would need for their mini. The replacement parts are reasonably priced. She has both replacement carts as well as Kick Juice for topping off. Her current selection of flavors are pretty standard but the site says more flavors to come (love the 555). She just started offering the USB charger for the DSE901 batteries. She also sells a 4 hole draw pen style and the Super Mini style. (Might have to give the Super Mini a try some day.) I'll be ordering from here for years to come.
