I know a lot of people like NJOY and their extended warranty, but their product just isn't worth the price or the trouble. I bought 2 NPRO starter kits and within 2 days had 1 bad atomizer, 2 bad batteries, and 1 dead charger. Good thing I bought 2 kits! Makes me wonder if any of it will work in a month's time. My next purchase will be a 901 with a BUNCH of spare parts and still cost much less than the NJOYs did. |

To sum up the e-smoke vs. the world part of this thread... People complained about e-smoke's business practices. e-smoke then started bashing the people who made their opinions. and it went back and forth for a while. Basically showing that e-smoke has no real business side and instead of trying to make a case, resorts to threats of lawsuits, etc. that sum it up for the new people? -Dusty-

I am not a mod nor do I have a vested interest in any ecig company. I am not a friend or a casual acquaintance of anyone that is. I still think you're one weird little man with a bizarre posting history. You come across as someone who is extremely unstable. I think you'd be better off if you just moved on as your 'e-rep' is pretty much boned at this point. |

I bought e-cig e11 from e-cig.com and they are defective. They cahnged there policy in the short time I ordered from them. They say you have 5 days to check them and then you must get a return number from their office but they do not respond. Alsol, their online support has never been online. I also see they changed their poklicy from a full refund to exchanges claiming the product is new and thus likely to have problems. I was smart enough to download the page that offered a full refund before they changed. femfag |
