Just a note that problems at E-Cig.com are not new or exclusive to the LoongTotem clone. I bought my first device from them last January; it didn't work well, but I had nothing to compare it with. Then I was shorted 50ml of liquid on an order, and my other paid-for liquid got stuck in Customs due to E-Cig's lies about contents and value. E-Cig.com used to have a forum, and I made constructive suggestions to them. When I posted a problem, however, they banned me. The forum was overflowing with vitriolic customers from many companies who had received defective products or not been delivered products they'd paid for. This is one sorry company, folks. It's response? It killed the forum. Like Soot, I will never let pass any suggestion that anyone spend any money with E-Cig.com. NO. No way. Never reward incompetence and dishonesty. Also worth noting: I've never had one Health product work for even a minimal time. Innovative concepts; no quality in production. |

I have a M401 that i got from Litecigusa and it has 'Health' written all over the box. I have had no trouble with this unit and in fact think it is awesome. So much so that I want to distribute it in Australia. The lines on manufacturers and distributers are so blury in this industry that sometimes it becomes scary reading some of the threads on this forum. I guess like anything we will all have to go from our own experiences with whomever we end up dealing with |

Sorry Kathy, Yo Han tried to clear that up earlier in the thread. I didn't realise that Health was written on products not sold through Dealextreme. The ones from DX are the ones I meant on this thread.

I just bought my first electronic cigarette. I first looked online and now wish I would have read these forums first. The first website I saw was minicigarette.com and the starter kit was 59.99. Well I had heard there was a kiosk at the local mall here and so I went there expecting the price range to be the same. The company was smoking everywhere @ smoking everywhere dot com. I paid 150.00 for the pack with 2 cigs (can only use one at a time while one is charging), charger, cord, and 1-pack of 5 filters that have 16mg nicotine each. I have not seen this company listed anywhere in the reviews I have read as well as the suppliers list. Does anyone have any feedback on this company. I have only had it for 2 days and the first day it seems one of my batteries is dead. the charger says its fully charged but when I take a drag I the "cherry" blinks twice and then nothing. I am taking it back to the store ronight to get that one replaced, but I want some feedback as far as the price I paid and the company I bought through. Any ideas? -smokingdistress |

150 ?? i sure hope that's dollars. Take it back , get a refund ( cause it's faulty) and go get yourself a DSE-901 starter kit for $50 get 2 starter packs, some juice, some carts and still have change from $150 and a better e-cig by the sounds of it.

Welcome to the forum Simple Drew. There are some threads that have been tagged smokingeverywhere, if you do a tag search you will find them. There isn't a lot of information but what there is doesn't sound good. Smokingeverywhere is described as overpriced, poor quality products without aftersales support. |
